Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the conditions and procedures for using the astrology and Saju interpretation service aether (the "Service") provided by MYSOTA (the "Company"), as well as other necessary matters.

Notice and Effect of Terms

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms when adding new services or for material policy reasons, and such amendments take effect in the same manner as described above.
3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and withdraw their account.

Rules Outside These Terms

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, and relevant commercial customs.

Formation of Service Agreement

1. By clicking "Agree" during the sign-up process, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. The service agreement is formed when the Company accepts the user's application.
3. The Company may refuse or terminate a service agreement in any of the following cases:

• Use of another person's information
• Provision of false information
• Violation of applicable laws

Management and Sharing of User Information

1. The Company shall not disclose or distribute users' personal information to third parties without their consent, except as required by law or in urgent circumstances to protect personal safety.
2. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or spin-off, the Company shall provide prior notice to users, who may then choose to withdraw their consent or terminate their account.
3. Users may withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time.

Service Use

1. The Company aims to provide the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
2. The Service may be temporarily suspended due to regular maintenance, equipment repair, carrier issues, or force majeure events. Prior notice will be given where possible.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in content created by the Company within the aether service belong to MYSOTA. Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, or commercially use such content without the Company's prior consent.

Restrictions on Service Use

The Company may, without prior notice, terminate a service agreement or restrict a user's access if any of the following occur:

• Impersonation or misuse of another person's information
• Involvement in criminal activity
• Violation of public order or decency
• Defamation or causing harm to others
• Interference with the stable operation of the Service
• Violation of applicable laws

Obligations of the Company

1. The Company shall endeavor to provide the Service continuously and stably, absent special circumstances.
2. The Company shall implement technical and managerial measures to protect users' personal information.

Obligations of Users

1. Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Users are responsible for managing their account credentials (email, social login, etc.).
3. Users must immediately notify the Company if their account is used without authorization.

Damages

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the Service, except those caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Payment, Pricing and Refunds

1. A full reading is a paid digital product. The price and currency that apply to your purchase are shown on the checkout screen before you pay. Prices may change from time to time; the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
2. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments Inc.), which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles the order transaction, billing, the payment methods available at checkout, and order-related inquiries and returns. Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added and collected by Dodo Payments.
3. Because Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, a charge from Dodo (for example, "DODO" or "dodopayments.com") — rather than "MYSOTA" or "Æther" — may appear on your card or bank statement. If you do not recognize a charge, please look for a Dodo or aether reference before disputing it.
4. Your card details are entered on Dodo Payments' secure checkout and are never collected or stored by us. An electronic receipt is issued to your email by Dodo Payments. As a simplified taxpayer (간이과세자) under Korean tax law, MYSOTA does not issue separate VAT tax invoices (세금계산서).
5. Upon successful payment, your full reading is delivered immediately on screen, and a copy is sent to the email address associated with your payment.
6. Sales of digital readings are final except as set out in our Refund Policy. Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the resulting loss of the statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

1. The Company is exempt from liability for service disruptions caused by force majeure events.
2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by users' own fault.
3. The aether service provides astrology and Saju interpretation content for self-understanding, entertainment, and reference purposes only. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for the accuracy or outcomes of the information provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business (Geumho-dong, Seoul).
