This document is provided in English. It applies equally to all users, regardless of the language in which they access the Service.
Every reading on Æther is a digital product. The moment your payment succeeds, your full reading is generated and shown on screen, and a copy is sent to the email address linked to your payment.
Because the product is delivered and consumed immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once your reading has been generated and delivered, except in the cases described below.
We will issue a full refund if:
To request a refund, email support@aether-reading.com with the email address and approximate date and time of your payment. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, because your reading is delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery begins.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of your reading, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect the refunds for technical faults or incorrect charges described above, or any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.
