"Readings on Æther are digital products delivered the moment you pay. This policy explains when a purchase is final and when we refund you in full."
This document is provided in English. It applies equally to all users, regardless of the language in which they access the Service.
Every reading on Æther is a digital product. The moment your payment succeeds, your full reading is generated and shown on screen, and a copy is sent to the email address linked to your payment.
Because the product is delivered and consumed immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once your reading has been generated and delivered, except in the cases described below.
We will issue a full refund if:
To request a refund, email support@aether-reading.com with the email address and approximate date and time of your payment. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, because your reading is delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery begins.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of your reading, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect the refunds for technical faults or incorrect charges described above, or any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.
Your purchase is processed by Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments Inc.), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles the order transaction, billing, and order-related inquiries and returns, and issues your electronic receipt by email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Dodo Payments.
Because Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, your card or bank statement may show a charge from Dodo (for example, "DODO" or "dodopayments.com") rather than "MYSOTA" or "Æther". Please look for a Dodo or aether reference before disputing a charge.
Your card details are entered on Dodo Payments' secure checkout and are never collected or stored by us. As a simplified taxpayer (간이과세자) under Korean tax law, MYSOTA does not issue separate VAT tax invoices (세금계산서); your electronic receipt is provided by Dodo Payments.
